Jean White

Jean has over 30 years of experience as a Consultant with FranklinCovey. Her mission and passion continue to be teaching time tested principles that enable people and organizations to achieve their true potential, make an impact, and achieve results.
Jean is a subject matter expert in the areas of leadership and productivity. She has worked with many Fortune 100 and 500 organizations representing a variety of industries including banking and finance, health care, automotive, and technology.

Her energy is contagious, and presentations are inspiring, making her one of the most sought-after consultants in the company.

Natalie P. Brown

Natalie Brown has developed leaders, managed organizational change, and helped individuals achieve their goals for over 30 years. Her partnership with clients supports organizational change and participant results. In working with clients, the win for Natalie is that light bulb moment where adult learners fully embrace where they have the power to achieve their professional and personal goals.

Prior to joining FranklinCovey in 2019, Natalie owned and operated a boutique consulting firm which honed her ability to provide innovative programs for developing proactive and inclusive leaders. Natalie has a reputation for connecting with professionals at every level from individual contributors to the C-Suite.

C. Todd Davis

For over 20 years, Todd has delivered numerous keynote addresses and speeches at leading business, industry, and association conferences, such as the World Business Forum (WOBI), the Chief Learning Officer Symposium, Association for Talent Development (ATD), and HR.com. He has also presented at corporate events, and for FranklinCovey clients, many of which are Fortune® 100 and 500 companies. His topics include leadership, personal and interpersonal effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, and building winning cultures.

Todd has over 35 years of experience in human resources, talent development, executive recruiting, sales, and marketing. He has been with FranklinCovey for over 27 years, serving as Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President for 18 of those years. In that role he was responsible for FranklinCovey’s global talent development in over 40 offices reaching 160 countries.

As a former director of FranklinCovey’s Innovations Group, Todd led the development of many of FranklinCovey’s core offerings containing the company’s world-renowned content, and he continues to contribute to the development of new offerings. Davis has also served as FranklinCovey’s director of recruitment and led a team responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for the company.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Every effort will be made to ensure your room is ready upon arrival. In the event your room is not available, your luggage may be stored with the bellmen. A credit card imprint will be required at check-in for incidentals. Any pre- and/or post extension plans at the Radisson Blu Mall of America, outside of the group dates, are at your own expense and will be billed to your hotel incidental account, payable upon checkout.

Group functions begin Monday, March 11, in the Lakes Ballroom – Radisson Blu MOA at 6:00 p.m.

You are expected to attend all Leadership Summit sessions including Monday evening.

*If your flight arrives late Monday evening, you are exempt from Monday evening functions.

Attire for all group functions is business casual.

DRIVERS

If you are within 5 hours of driving and are able, please plan to drive and carpool. This is an excellent opportunity to create some travel time with colleagues. Carpooling is expected when possible.

Parking

Self-parking is available in the south ramp located directly underneath the Radisson Blu Mall of America. Overnight parking during program dates, March 11 – 15, will be covered by the program. Click here for additional parking and driving instructions.

o             The Radisson Blu Mall of America offers a daily complimentary shuttle from 5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

o             Metro Transit of Minnesota has a Light Rail system that runs from the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) to the Mall of America.
